What is the Celebrity Chef Challenge?

The Challenge

Each chef has 45 minutes to turn five secret ingredients into three original dishes in front of a live audience. Chefs are given a four burner stove top, convection oven and allowed the assistance of one sous chef. Chefs are adjudicated in five categories: Taste & Quality, Originality, Creativity, Overall Presentation and Personality & Theatrics.
